Premeets is a social application strictly reserved for adults. It connects adults around outings (nights out, bars, activities) and trips (weekends, travel).

Fighting child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) is an absolute priority. This document sets out our rules, the technical measures that enforce them, and how to report content or behaviour to us.

The application is published by Premeets SAS, 7 avenue des Pépinières, Avrillé, France, registered with the Angers Trade and Companies Register under number 92795897500017.

Single point of contact for any question or report covered by this document: contact@premeets.com

1. Minors are strictly prohibited

  • Premeets is reserved for natural persons aged 18 or over.

  • A date of birth is required at sign-up. The date picker is bounded: a date that would make the user a minor cannot be selected, and the confirmation button stays inactive until the age of majority is reached. Sign-up therefore cannot be completed by a minor declaring their real age.

  • This condition also appears in our Terms of Use, which every user must explicitly accept before their account is created.

  • Any account identified as belonging to a minor - whatever the date of birth declared at sign-up - is suspended and then deleted, without notice and without any possibility of signing up again.

  • Premeets is neither intended for, marketed to, nor optimised for a young audience. The application carries no advertising targeting minors and offers no content, feature or journey designed for them.

2. Zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation

The following are strictly prohibited, without exception and anywhere in the application:

  • Any content depicting, soliciting, describing or promoting child sexual abuse or exploitation (CSAE / CSAM), in any form whatsoever: photo, text, link, username, contact details.

  • Any attempt to contact, connect with or manipulate a minor for sexual purposes (grooming), including through impersonation or a false declaration of age.

  • Any use of the platform to facilitate, organise, fund or promote such abuse, or to distribute related content.

This prohibition covers every space where a user can publish: profile picture, profile information (username, bio, school, employer), descriptions and tags of outings and trips, and messages exchanged in conversations.

Any account breaching this policy is immediately suspended, then deleted, without notice, independently of any judicial proceedings.

3. Reporting content or behaviour

3.1. From within the application

Every user has a “Report” button, available:

  • from any user’s profile;

  • from the header of a conversation.

Reporting happens in two steps: choosing a category, then a specific reason. The reasons covering child safety include “Sexual language”, “Sexual content” and “Sharing illegal content”.

Independently of reporting, any user can block another account at any time. Blocking is immediate, mutual in terms of visibility, and the list of blocked accounts remains viewable and reversible from the settings.

3.2. By email

For any urgent report relating to a child’s safety, or if the account concerned is no longer reachable from within the application:

contact@premeets.com

Where possible, please include the username of the account concerned, and the date and nature of the events. Reports relating to child safety are handled as the absolute priority, ahead of any other report.

4. How reports are handled

Every report is logged and reviewed by the Premeets moderation team through a dedicated back office. Depending on the severity established, the following measures may be taken:

  • A warning sent to the user concerned;

  • Permanent deletion of the account and its associated content.

For content or behaviour falling under section 2, deletion is systematic and immediate - no gradation, no prior warning.

The material needed to establish the facts is retained for as long as required to handle the report and, where applicable, to pass it on to the competent authorities.

5. Cooperation with the authorities

Premeets complies with all applicable French and European child protection laws.

Any content or behaviour identified on the platform that constitutes a criminal offence relating to child sexual abuse or exploitation is reported to the competent authorities, in particular through the official French platform PHAROS (https://internet-signalement.gouv.fr/).

We cooperate fully with any French or international law enforcement investigation into such matters, within the applicable legal procedures.

6. Contact
